My intention is to provide space for all students to inquire and be curious about their own unique movements. Each class consists of thoughtful sequencing with an emphasis on alignment and stability so that practitioners can move with awareness, clarity and grace.  Students are invited to challenge themselves without losing sight of the simplicity and joy that can be found within the practice.  

Mondays:

Wednesdays:

• 1:00 pm FREE Community Class at the Tivoli Library

• 5:30-6:45pm Slow Flow at Elevate Play Yoga (7582 N. Broadway Suite 2, Red Hook NY ) $25, registration required in advance.

Fridays:

Sundays:

• 10:30-12:00 Moonlight Flow at Moonlight Sanctuary (17 Glen Pond Dr Suite 5, Red Hook NY) $25, registration required in advance.
