My intention is to provide a safe and nourishing experience for all students. Each class consists of thoughtful sequencing with an emphasis on alignment and stability so that practitioners can move with awareness, clarity and grace.  Students are invited to challenge themselves without losing sight of the the simplicity and joy that can be found within the practice.  

About the classes: Yoga Works Level 1-2 classes move at a moderately dynamic pace and are great for students looking to refine and clarify the basics as well as add some more advanced postures to their practice.  YogaWorks Level 1classes move slower and no experience with yoga is necessary. Therapeutics Yoga is a unique class geared towards anybody working with stress, pain, injury, illness, or anybody looking to include more mindful movement into their lives.  It is a slow-paced class that  includes self massage, gentle stretch and strengthening, restorative postures, breath-awareness and  mindfulness practices.  Prenatal Yoga is for anybody who is currently pregnant.
